OUR BASIC SERVICES CONTRACT FOR VACATION RENTAL PROPERTIES INCLUDES:
- Management of a working fund account with a detailed monthly report of expenses.
- Payments of all bills / including property taxes, phone bills, electrical, propane, security, insurance & satellite TV
- Hiring, recruiting and training of house employees.
- Supervising employees & general maintenance for the house to function properly.
- Supervision of other companies jobs like fumigation, landscaping, trash removal, pool services, etc.
- Purchase of necessary maintenance and cleaning supplies for the property.
- Coordination of the rental calendar with rental agencies.
- Greeting guests to give welcome and introduction of the house.
- Assisting guests during their stay.
- Emergency repairs.
- Arranging cook to be available upon request.
- Hurricane preparations.
- Others upon request.
