OUR BASIC SERVICES CONTRACT FOR VACATION RENTAL PROPERTIES INCLUDES:

  • Management of a working fund account with a detailed monthly report of expenses.
  • Payments of all bills / including property taxes, phone bills, electrical, propane, security, insurance & satellite TV
  • Hiring, recruiting and training of house employees.
  • Supervising employees & general maintenance for the house to function properly.
  • Supervision of other companies jobs like fumigation, landscaping, trash removal, pool services, etc.
  • Purchase of necessary maintenance and cleaning supplies for the property.
  • Coordination of the rental calendar with rental agencies.
  • Greeting guests to give welcome and introduction of the house.
  • Assisting guests during their stay.
  • Emergency repairs.
  • Arranging cook to be available upon request.
  • Hurricane preparations.
  • Others upon request.
